Cabins at Cain Creek is Now Arlie Moore Cabins
If you've stayed here before, you probably knew this place as the Cabins at Cain Creek.
Same six cabins. Same lot on Arlie Moore Road. Same short drive down to the boat ramp. We bought them, we renamed them Arlie Moore Cabins, and we've spent the time since then fixing them up.
Why we changed the name
Because it tells you exactly where we are.
The cabins sit on Arlie Moore Road, less than a mile from the Arlie Moore boat ramp on Lake DeGray. No other cabins on this lake are closer to that ramp, and for most of our guests that's the whole reason they book. It's easy to remember, and it points you right to us.
What's here
Six small cabins on one lot, which means a family or a group can book two or three and stay together. Each one has a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a covered back porch with a small electric grill. There's room alongside each cabin to park a boat and trailer.
They have new furniture, new decor, new linens and bedding. They're simple cabins. Clean, comfortable, and a good place to come back to after a day on the lake. The cabins are pet friendly, but we do ask that you bring a bed for your dog.
The location is the main reason people book
Arlie Moore Cabins are close to one of the most useful access points on Lake DeGray. The cabins are less than a mile from the Arlie Moore boat ramp, which makes mornings easier and evenings shorter.
That matters on a fishing trip.
When the alarm goes off before daylight, nobody wants a long drive to the ramp. When the day is done and the boat is loaded, nobody wants to haul a trailer across town just to get back to bed. Being nearby means less time on the road and more time doing what you came to do.
The setup works well for:

Guests who want to stay close to the ramp
People who want a quiet cabin instead of a motel room
That gives the property a useful balance. It is quiet at night, close to the lake, and not too far from what you need.
